I am thrilled with Richard's Appliance. Their technician arrived promptly, diagnosed what was wrong with my fridge in about 5 minutes, and was done with the repair in about 10 minutes. He was courteous, and generous with his knowledge. It's never fun when an appliance breaks down, but I plan to have Richard's Appliance on speed dial in case it happens again.

We have been very happy with Richards Appliance. In less than 2 years, they have installed a new dishwasher, and Mark has repaired 2 of our older appliances. They are very responsive and courteous. All in all, their customer service is excellent!
