All technicians are required to attend factory training every 6 months. This allows us to diagnose and make more accurate repairs in a timely manner.

Delivery

All deliveries are handled by Richards Appliance personnel. No outside delivery companys are used.

Installation

We provide normal installation on washer and dryers and full installation on dishwashers. We will deliver, install, and dispose of your old units. We also have licensed plumbers, electricians, and finish carpenters available to all our customers.
