Love the Look of it as an interior decorator

Great machines

Faulty bake element do not niy
Bought this unit 3 years ago and the internal bake element broke in it. After paying for a repair service to come and replace it they said it was not replaceable after calling kitchen aid repair tech online helpline. KitchenAid said they would not help due to out of warranty and would sell me another at full price. This is a faulty bake element designed to not go bad but I’m not gettting any help!

Love this range!
We recently bought a new KitchenAid appliances for our kitchen, and have been thrilled with this range! First, it looks great! I've always wanted a commercial-style range, but our cabinet configuration prevented us from getting a 36" or larger one. This is a great compromise! Through and through, you can see and feel the quality. The grates, the knobs, the racks, and the finishes are all top-quality. The power of the burners is fantastic! I love that water boils quickly, and then I can quickly switch to simmering without feeling like there's too much power. The oven preheats so fast too, and all the baked items come out perfect. I'm not sure what people expect for cleaning, but it's really not that hard. All the grates move easily, and the powder-coated top makes it rather easy to scrub clean with Bar Keepers Friend. The wifi function was a little clunky to setup, but didn't bother me. I do wish the all the racks were SatinGlide, but also not a big deal. Overall, I would highly recommend this range to anyone looking for performance, and to elevate the look of their kitchen. I only wish I would've got one of the colors now! :)

Terrible quality and limited functionality
The 1st one of these had a gas leak and needed to be replaced under manufacturer warrantee. The replacement has arrived and now it can't link up to wi-fi - without using the app there is no timer on this oven and you don't have the ability to switch temperature between C or F - it's only F. Whirlpool keeps using the appliance pros as their servicing team - who are anything but pro. At this price point, you'd expect more.

Very concerned how long this will last
Love the ranges performance but now concerned whats going on with the Kitchen Aid brand. We have had multiple issues with the range already but having the cast iron crack and fall apart while cooking is insane and dangerous. Having cooked with iron for years I just cant understand how something like this can happen other than very poor quality casting.

Solid Appliance But Needs Tweaking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our KitchenAid Commercial about 6 weeks ago and love the range portion of the stove, the oven temp is spot on and nails the cookies or any braising. Two issues that have risen up are the rolling oven rack seems to roll inward even with a replacement rack and being perfectly level and there's a screw for the lower panel that appears to be stripped as the panel slides down so there's some frustration there. Overall a solid device but there's going to be a service call that needs to happen so that is on the list.

Nice but be careful!

So far, so good…
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased about three weeks ago and just getting used to the features. Range has no displays to show oven temperature but the wifi smart features are almost better because I get a notification on my phone that oven is at temperature, as well as a beeping noise from the range itself. Oven heats quickly and maintains pretty even temperature based on the toast test (check out America’s Test Kitchen if you don’t know what this is). I love the precision offered by gas burners for sear, simmer, and everything in between, I would give it five stars but am holding out to see how long the unit lasts. This one is a replacement for another competitor brand of similar quality and price that broke twice and was a huge disappointment. So, circle back in three and five years and I will let you know if the unit has earned the fifth star for durability and longevity!
